The Raga Side (Adult Only)

The SPA turned out to be much better than I expected. I had five massages with Gulmira, and it was like a lymphatic drainage massage. I honestly felt as though all the water had gone from my body. I've tried several spa treatments, and this was one of the best. The hotel is lovely too, and I'll definitely come back. Thanks so much!

Some of my clothes were stolen from my room, which was extremely upsetting. I believe the hotel should take responsibility for what happened. One member of the animation team also acted immaturely and made things uncomfortable at times. There were good parts to my stay: the location was very convenient, close to everything, and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and well kept. Most staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. It's a shame the hotel has potential but needs to improve security and train staff to handle guest concerns more professionally.

Manager Bob and the lovely Kira and Jad from the entertainment team brought so much energy to their work and always made me smile. There was a different fun activity for guests every day, and the service was very friendly. We really enjoyed staying at Zeugma, especially the delicious food, and we'll definitely visit again.

Erol deserves a special mention. He was friendly, attentive to every guest, and always ready to help. The service from everyone was impeccable, and the whole hotel felt thought through in every detail, from the stylish rooms to the chic restaurant. We were here on holiday in September, and it was one of our best trips. A wonderful hotel. We'll definitely return and recommend it to friends!
