Diana stood out for her warm welcome and friendly smile. She was wonderful with the guests. We were treated well by everyone working at this beautiful hotel, and the services were excellent. Thank you for the good hospitality.

Nessibe and Muhammed azmi gave us the best butler service.

We were disappointed by the reception service, and it left a bad final impression. Check-in was at 3 p.m. instead of the scheduled 2 p.m., which was exhausting after our flight. Ibrahim at reception acted more like a clown than an official representative. When asked questions or for help with a problem, he smiled, grimaced, threw up his hands, walked away from the desk, and showed no respect. He speaks English and Russian pretty well, but when asked something he didn't like, he would say, “No Russian, no English, only Turkish.” If we asked for a manager, director, or anyone else, he pretended he couldn't reach them. The whole performance was a harlequinade, and his tone was unacceptable. I regret not being able to give zero points for service. His place is definitely in a circus. I'd seen many bad reviews about Ibrahim, yet instead of removing him from dealing with guests, management gave him a “100%” badge. The room cleaning was awful, with too much fug and dust, and there wasn't even soap in my room. There were also too many cats, some climbing onto the dinner tables while people were eating, and staff paid no attention. The hotel wouldn't provide a second room key card unless you paid for it, so otherwise you had to depend on your neighbour all the time. The food was pretty good and tasty, though not excellent. Be careful, as eggs may contain shells and meat may have small bone pieces that can damage your teeth. We also tried to book the a la carte restaurant one day, but it was closed. The entertainment wasn't bad, but the music went on until 12 a.m., making it impossible to sleep early. The hotel is near the sea, around 7-10 minutes away on foot, and the beach is beautiful. Still, the reception service and those smaller problems really brought down my mood and my final impression.

There were great shows every day of the week, and they didn't disappoint. There was plenty of different food, so even picky eaters should find something. At midnight, you could also go for some “midnight soup.” There were lots of sunbeds and umbrellas at both the beach and pool. The shuttle bus ran to the beach pretty often, though it's only a five-minute walk from the hotel. We love you, Oktay, Bariș, and Sema.
