2/10
The service was awful, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. During the fasting month, we asked two staff members to bring breakfast to our room at suhoor. They agreed, but no one woke us or delivered any food, so we had to fast without eating. The room was poor for a hotel with this star rating. There was no internet in the room, and we had to go outside to try to get online. The neighborhood was very noisy, which made the location hard to accept. The car park was so far away that we had to manage without the car. First and last time here.

With the windows open, the noise outside kept us awake. It was over 40 degrees, and neither of our two rooms had working air conditioning. When we switched the units on, the electricity went off in both rooms. We couldn't sleep.

The downtown spot is great, with shops and a walkable area nearby.
