We stayed three nights in cold December, and the rooms were warm and very comfortable. The decor feels warm and stylish, breakfast was good, and the woman serving it was always smiling. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, with lots of places to eat nearby.

The reception was friendly and had great suggestions for booking a hot air balloon, finding food, and local experiences like the underground city and parking for photo spots. It’s a beautiful, clean hotel with excellent service, on the edge of town and at a great price. Breakfast was delicious in a cozy enclosed rooftop area. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Ahmed and Hamza deserve special thanks for being so kind, available, and dedicated throughout our stay. Their efforts made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. I’m sincerely grateful to the hotel and all the staff for the warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional service. We greatly appreciate everything and will gladly recommend the hotel. Thanks again for it all.

They even packed us a free breakfast to take along when we had to leave before the hotel breakfast began. The hotel was fantastic: quiet and extremely clean, with helpful, friendly staff. There’s adequate free parking, and downtown is a 10-15 minute walk away.

You can watch the balloons rise from the front terrace in the morning, and breakfast upstairs is generous. It’s a friendly, quiet place about a 10-minute walk from town, Rose Valley, and lots of activities.
