Arur Konağı Boutique Hotel

The staff really made my stay. They were so helpful and kept making sure I had what I needed. I had a wonderful time here, and I’d recommend the hotel for its service and value.

The breakfast was very plain, but the room was clean and the beds were good. The hotel is at the beginning of the main street in old Mardin, while most of the attractions are farther along in the center, so there's a bit of walking. Free parking is available on the road toward the zinciriye medresse. The main road is one way, and traffic can build up by the time you get to the end. Don't park there, though, or you may get a fine, as we did 😪

We felt very welcome at Arur Konagi, and everyone was ready to help. The location and breakfast were both amazing. I had such a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The bathroom ceiling came down, and there was no water in the morning. At breakfast, staff watched how much I ate, then rudely told me I couldn't have more because I'd already eaten too much. This was one of the worst hotels I've visited. Don't stay at Arur Konagi Hotel. Do yourself a favor and look farther into the Old Mardin City Center, where there are plenty of better options.
