I would absolutely avoid staying here. When I tried to pay on their POS system, the owner wouldn't let me see the price and insisted on taking my card to charge it himself. I asked to check the amount first, and he swore at me and told me to leave. The lobby was full of older men smoking. Mardin has plenty of good places to stay, so choose somewhere else. I didn't feel it was safe for travelers.

The included breakfast and cleanliness were amazing, and the staff treated my parents and me with real respect and kindness. We had great views from all sides of the hotel, and the location was ideal for a stay in Mardin. I highly recommend it and will come back whenever I visit!

We got stranded without a hotel and, by luck, found this family-run place. The owners were kind, helpful, and accommodating. Since it's at the end of the strip, it's quiet and has a nice view. Their hospitality made us fall in love with Mardin, reflecting the city's lovely welcoming culture. I'd recommend it to families who want the same experience.

The breakfast was really generous, and the hotel has its own parking in the historic center. Its big terrace is the main bonus, with views across all of Mardin and the surrounding area, reaching as far as Syria in the distance.

There was hardly any traffic around the hotel, so it was a peaceful place to sleep and relax. We could park close to the entrance and leave the car there, which was very convenient. The balcony had an amazing view. The area was clean, the price was good, and the staff were very kind. Thanks so much 💛
