The owner is super kind and helpful, and really makes you feel at home. It's a beautiful stone hotel with an amazing terrace view, and a perfect place to stay in Mardin! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We spent two nights here and were happy with the location. The owner was helpful and made our stay comfortable. If you go to Mardin, we recommend staying here.

The whole floor was unclean, the bed was dirty, and there was no water. We repeatedly asked for wifi and they agreed to provide it. When we asked to cancel the reservation and get some money back, they refused and said they would charge us for two nights. The treatment was bad and the service very poor. There was nothing there for a person to live on, except that they would have the worst night of their life. I do not recommend this place at all.

I'm writing this on 17/06/2025, and I do NOT recommend this hotel. Save your time and money and don't go. The room smelled awful, the bed was dirty, and they hadn't even changed the sheets. The photos don't match what you see in real life. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and the service was very bad. They wouldn't even return my money. Be careful. DO NOT GO.

I stayed for three days and was very satisfied. The rooms are clean, and the team is attentive and friendly. I recommend it to everyone.
