Berjen was so kind and helpful, and we’d gladly recommend him and Pasaoglu Konak to our friends. We enjoyed fresh, delicious breakfast on the terrace. The hotel was clean and nicely furnished, with restaurants and historic sites close by. Many thanks, and all the best 💐✨🍀

The location worked really well for us, in the center of the Old Town but away from the heavy crowds. The service was outstanding and helpful, and all the staff were incredibly kind, especially Ramazan. We’re also grateful they let our toy poodle stay. Since ours rarely barks and toy poodles don’t shed, they were very accommodating. I think they’re happy to host a dog if it’s quiet and well behaved. Breakfast was included, the room was clean enough, and the amenities were pretty complete. The room is built from authentic historic stone, so it gets a little humid and a few tiny stone flakes fell, but that was honestly fine. My husband and I had an amazing stay. Thank you :)

Being right in the middle of the bazaar was a big plus, and we felt so at ease thanks to Mr. Ramazan’s hospitality and friendliness. When we couldn’t find something at the market across the street, he called his friends and got it brought over for us. It may sound like a small thing, but it made us really happy. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and gave us a real taste of the old Mardin stone houses 🤍 We loved it, and would stay here again without hesitation if we return to Mardin. I wholeheartedly recommend it. I forgot to take a photo when we first went to the office, so I wasn’t able to leave many photos here ✨
