For 1500 Lira, my single room was basic but comfortable and clean. It had a small fridge, radiator, and TV, and there was safe parking plus a restaurant downstairs. It’s about a 20-minute walk down to the bay, so it felt more like a place for workers or business travelers. The main downside was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Away from the tourist areas, I suppose that’s to be expected.

The central location is a real plus, and it’s close to the sea. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and understanding, and the price felt like great value. I’d definitely recommend it.

We didn’t stay, even though we had a reservation. There was a triatomine bug on the floor when we entered the room. The website claimed there was air conditioning, but there wasn’t, and its edited or filtered photos don’t show what the place is really like.

The prices were very reasonable, and the staff were helpful. We were surprised by how clean it was, especially given the dollar exchange rate. The hotel is right by the road in central Marmaraereğlisi, close to everything, which we really liked. The hard part is finding a room in summer since it fills up.

Good value and a nice, clean hotel. They also offer paid laundry, which is handy. The TV system has some issues, but I’d still stay here.
