The room is a good size, though the walls could use fresh paint. The price is great, and so is the location.

We paid 200 tl for two nights. The room was clean and good, and there was a small kitchen for preparing food and tea. One person was a bit noisy while working in the morning.
I called to book for the Eid holiday week, July 17-22, 2021, as soon as their Airbnb listings appeared on May 9, 2021. Then, on July 7, they called to cancel, saying their staff had booked one room for five people at the same time. But I had booked early, right when the listings came out. A few weeks later, I even asked a friend to call, and the hotel still had rooms available and quoted prices. I believe they canceled my early, well-priced booking so they could sell the room to someone else for more during peak season. Did they really only discover the double booking a week before the holiday? If I'd had to book somewhere else that close to the date, I'd have lost a lot of money. Prices had tripled or quadrupled, and I was left completely stranded. I absolutely don't recommend this greedy business, and I'll file complaints wherever I need to.
Just a minute from the sea, this little hotel is right in the Marmaris Grand Bazaar and close to everything. It’s been renovated and feels cute and welcoming. I think it’s great. Thanks, Mr. Erkan, for being so attentive.
Be careful when reserving here, especially by phone. They may cancel at the last minute and give the room to someone else for a higher price. Keep evidence of what was agreed, in case you need it.
