It’s a nice hotel with nice staff, and I can’t fault the place apart from the cleaning. The cleaners didn’t really clean the room, they just emptied the bins and changed the towels, and they seemed untrustworthy. My son’s watch was stolen from the room. We’d bought it for his 21st birthday, so we were very upset. The showers also ran a bit cold.

We were a family of five travelling with our autistic son, and everyone was so welcoming and happy. The staff were amazing with all of us and nothing ever seemed too much trouble, which made the holiday really enjoyable. We celebrated our daughter’s 15th birthday on the first day, and they made it extra special for her. A lovely touch. The hotel was clean, and we’d definitely come back.

The staff are so helpful and kind, especially if you need a bit of extra support. The rooms and beds were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Ask about the meal deals. They also have a great laundry service, so you can get your washing done before you leave.

We had such a good time here. Everyone was accommodating and really friendly, and we'd definitely come back. They were happy to help with anything.

The evening shows were great, and the pool is big and lovely. We found the meal deal well worth it too, the food quality was amazing. Getting around was easy, with buses right outside that run every few minutes and reach town in just a few minutes. There's also a large supermarket and a chemist beside the hotel.
