The air conditioner didn’t work properly, so we were hot all night. We opened the window, but it was hot outside too. The bathroom was missing shampoo and shower gel, and the receptionist was rude. Check-in took about 45 minutes for our family of four, booked into a family room. Keep these things in mind before booking.

My friend, daughter and I stayed here for five weeks, and we had the best experience. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and would do anything they could for us. I couldn’t fault them. We’ll definitely be back 🩷

The room was spotless and was cleaned throughout our stay. The pool and bar were fantastic too. The hotel is fantastic, with such welcoming and helpful staff. I couldn’t recommend it more!

firat made sure everything was set for our long-term stay with my family and baby. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was ready when we arrived, and anything extra we needed was brought over straight away. I’d definitely recommend it and will come back in the future. Thank you very much.
