We were relieved when our four nights were finally over. I wouldn't recommend this place, and the stay even made us hate Marmaris. The hotel is right in the city among pubs, so it was noisy late into the night. Parking was a struggle too: there are only a few tiny spaces, and nowhere outside the hotel to leave the car. At check-in, the man with the black beard and Mustache had an angry, frightening expression and was rude and unwelcoming. My friend and I were extra polite because we were afraid of him. We later learned the room safe cost 7 Euros a day. When I raised that with him, he was incredibly rude and seemed about to hit me. I asked for a manager, but he said I'd have to wait all day because he didn't know when one would be available. That turned out to be a lie. I later ran into one of the owners by chance, and sadly he was no better. The room wasn't the size they claimed. We couldn't get more than one key under any circumstances, and there were no slippers despite the website saying there would be. The bathtub was filthy and moldy, the shower kept switching from freezing cold to boiling hot, and the beds felt as hard as the floor. We kept quiet and never even asked for the room not to be cleaned because we feared for our lives there. At breakfast, two or three men watched every bite we took. It made us so uncomfortable that I finally had to ask them outright to stop staring while we ate. Be wary of hotel reviews in Turkey. A hotel owner I know told me bad reviews can somehow be removed, and I know that for a fact from that conversation. Take the negative reviews seriously.

The staff were so polite and helpful, and the breakfast included with the stay was great. The food was awesome too. The hotel is right behind the beach. I'd stay here again.

We had a great week here at the end of May, my wife and I. The food was superb, from the wide choice at breakfast to lunch and dinner, and our balcony room was very comfortable. The staff made a great impression from the moment we arrived late at night. They went out of their way to help us, were always polite, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The hotel is ideally placed for the beach and shops, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by and lots of different cuisines to choose from. We'll definitely come back to the hotel and the area.

The friendly, polite staff did everything they could to make our holiday go smoothly, and we had an amazing time. This is easily the best hotel we've ever stayed at. We'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for such a wonderful holiday.
