The advertised pool wasn’t there, and the only way to reach it was through the club entrance called batman, which felt unsafe and misleading. Our rooms also had broken locks, and strangers came in without warning using keys, so we didn’t feel our privacy or safety was respected. The rooms were outdated, and the breakfast was awful. Other reviews mention a filthy lift and surrounding area, and poor amenities too. Dining matched the low standard we found elsewhere. We had planned to stay seven nights but left after three because we felt unsafe and disrespected. Management refused a refund. The manager was hostile and aggressive, with no empathy or accountability, and the staff seemed young and unprofessional. The owner told us directly that, as Black people, we weren’t allowed in the lobby or club area because those were “only for English people.” That kind of blatant racism in 2025 is inexcusable. Staff stared at us disdainfully, treated us rudely, and kept pressuring us to leave. There was no reception phone, no 24-hour desk, and no room service, despite what Booking.com said. It’s a shame to meet people like this in a country like Turkey. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Racist management, disrespectful staff, missing facilities, unsafe rooms, and terrible food.

The room they first assigned us already had a man asleep inside when we opened the door. They moved us, but at 3:00 AM someone came in through the door while we were sleeping. The place was unbelievably dirty, with bugs everywhere. The worst hotel you could visit.

The room was tiny, dirty, and had no sheets. Although the hotel is close to the beach, getting in means going through an Indian restaurant. When we arrived, there was nobody at reception, so we called the numbers on the door and waited 45 minutes. They then said we had no reservation and charged us again for a room we’d already paid for online. They wouldn’t take a credit card or give us a receipt. Avoid it.

Someone banged hard on our door after midnight and tried to get in. We felt completely unsafe. Breakfast was very poor, and even the water served with it cost extra. Awful stay.

The restaurant was shut by the police for four days. There’s a rooftop club that keeps you awake all night, and there’s no parking or WiFi. The rooms are dirty, the lift is often broken and unclean, and the staff are lazy. Breakfast was practically nothing: one egg, a slice of tomato, five olives, and a little butter. The manager was angry all the time and not helpful at all. This is the worst hotel you can imagine, don’t visit.
