Club Anastasia Aparthotel

We’d definitely book Club Anastasia again. We spent 14 nights there during the first two weeks of the summer holidays, and from arrival we felt welcome. The staff were wonderful across reception, the bar, cleaning, entertainment and guest relations. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and any issues were dealt with quickly. They made us feel like part of the family. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-10 minute walk, but the area itself isn’t noisy and we still slept well. We’ve stayed at similarly rated hotels in Spain and have no plans to go back there. It seems many families return to this hotel every year, and I can understand why.

The pool was lovely, and there’s a tattoo parlour, Turkish bath, piercing shop, arcade and a bar with reasonable prices on site. I liked having a Clubcard, since I didn’t need to take cash down to the pool. We had a fab week and the hotel made it. For the price, it’s a great place, though you get what you pay for and shouldn’t expect anything fancy. The main beachfront is about a 15-minute walk away, and the staff were helpful throughout. Self-catering was a bit tricky without an oven or microwave. It was my first time doing that, so I didn’t know what to expect, and maybe that’s normal. I had a great time and would come again. Thanks, Club Anastasia.

The location worked well, far enough from the seafront to avoid the noise but close enough for a short walk or bus ride. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms suited families. The staff were brilliant with the kids and put on activities every day. Mine are already begging to return. The team were knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. Dawn was especially helpful and sorted out the issues and questions we had. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

I’ve been returning to Club Anastasia for years, and it keeps delivering. The staff always try their best to make everyone happy, and Dawn, the guest relations manager, is on hand to help and accommodate requests. She’s a real asset. There are three pools, a restaurant and pool bar, along with a tattooist, hairdressers, jewellers and a range of beauty treatments. The one-bedroom rooms have a living area and some cooking facilities. There’s entertainment during the day for everyone. Bars, restaurants and buses to the town centre are nearby if you don’t fancy walking. My only gripe is the extra charge for air conditioning, since most hotels include it in the price now.
