What made our stay was the receptionist's kindness and attention. He helped plan our trip, suggested activities, booked our hot air balloon ride, connected us with agencies, and even offered airport pickup and drop-off. After we mentioned a slight burning smell outside one night, he reassured us and checked on us several times through the night. He also kept our luggage on the last day until we were ready to leave for the airport. The location is right in the center of Göreme, so we could walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and activities like balloons, quad tours, and horseback riding. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained; our room had everything we needed, plus water, tea, and coffee when we arrived. We were unsure at first because there weren't many reviews, but the accommodation and service turned out to be the best possible choice. We left delighted and would stay again. For a Cappadocia trip, this was the perfect place for us.

Mehmet Bey kindly arranged our activities when we arrived, and the accommodation was excellent value. Since the hotel was new, the toilets, linens, and everything else were spotless. There were three of us, but the room was so large that five or six people could have fit comfortably. We got close with the girls in the next room and continued traveling together. We slept very well, with no noise problems and excellent sound insulation. The central location meant we hardly used the car. Thanks to you, it was a fantastic trip in every way. I can't recommend it enough, and I'll come back whenever I visit!

The host was welcoming and helpful, and everything about the place left a very good impression. We only spent one night here, which was a shame. It's close to the center on flat ground, and handy for tours or valley routes. Our room was recently renovated, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom with a shower and toilet. The linens and towels were spotless. We'd stayed before at a hotel in the tourist center, where the room was older and much worse despite costing much more. I definitely recommend this place!
