Club Candan

We booked a last-minute TUI holiday, and it turned out fabulous. The spacious rooms had everything we needed, and the restaurant and its staff were lovely. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and the TUI rep was brilliant. There are shops around the pool, and I’d definitely recommend a haircut at Curlys. Mine was amazing, I just love it. The deluxe Turkish bath was fantastic too, especially the hot stones massage. That girl has magic fingers. It’s about a 20-minute walk to town, with shops and restaurants along the way. Marmaris has lots of stray cats and kittens, but they all seemed healthy and well looked after by locals and tourists. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel, you won’t regret it.

The place is brilliant for kids, but not for adults looking to relax. We were self-catering, though the setup wasn’t much use for that: the only appliances were a kettle, a panini maker and a small twin hob. Air conditioning, safe and television all cost extra. The Wi-Fi was useless, so we had to pay for a better connection. Rooms were comfortable enough, and staff were very helpful, especially the TUI rep. There aren’t many bars nearby for a drink, though we found one about a 10-minute walk away. It’s around 20 minutes to the harbour and shops, with plenty of bars and restaurants there, but the walk back is a bit dark at night. If you want to extend your stay on checkout day, it costs £50 and only gets you until 6 pm.

The rooms were clean and every staff member was amazing, friendly and helpful. Emma, the TUI rep, couldn’t have done more. Absolutely amazing, I had the best time.

The pool area is cracking, and the flume is a great bonus. The rooms were spacious and had everything you’d need. The staff are what make this hotel. Every waiter in the bar and restaurant was friendly and helpful, a real credit to the place. Just got back from a week and couldn’t fault the hotel. If I return to Marmaris, I’ll stay here again.
