Deluxe Hotel Pinetapark

My friend and I had the best time at Grand Pasa Hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived, were always smiling, and were glad to help. The place is beautiful, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. There was lots of food to choose from each day, and we especially loved the desserts. The pool was a relaxing place to spend the day, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had an amazing Turkish Bath package, including a massage and several other things, for a very affordable price. I’d recommend it!

The food was tasty and there was plenty to pick from, though it started feeling repetitive after a few days. Evening entertainment could be more engaging. Still, the facilities and pool area made it easy to relax. I had a lovely stay at Grand Pasa Hotel. It’s a beautiful, clean, well-kept place, with spacious rooms and a welcoming feel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which added a lot to the experience. It’s a comfortable choice for a relaxing break.

The pool is a decent size, but it felt like a cattle market. People openly ignored the lounger rules while staff let it happen, leaving strangers squeezed right beside us and very little privacy when we wanted to relax. Still, we had a fab stay and would recommend it. The hotel is lovely and the food spectacular, though the bedrooms could use some updating. It’s definitely not 5*.

The food was good, but the desserts were very bad. We also had internet trouble in our room. After we asked twice for a fix, they moved us, but the connection in the new room wasn’t good either. There were lots of guests getting drunk on the all-inclusive option and shouting through the night. If you’re near the terrace, closed doors won’t let you sleep. We complained to reception three times and were told they’d handle it, but nothing changed. I’d avoid this place unless you enjoy getting wasted and shouting all night.
