Hawaii Hotel

The new outdoor airers for washing are such a welcome touch. We’ve just come back from three weeks and had another fantastic stay: the hotel is lovely and clean, the food is great, especially the cakes, and the staff are always smiling and ready to help. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. We’ve found our little hidden gem and are already planning four weeks here next year. Huge thanks to everyone. See you then! Emma and Graham 🥰

We stayed for a week in July 2025 and would come back, now that we know what to expect. The room was great and the air con worked well, which we really needed. We paid a bit extra for a sea view and enjoyed having it. The hotel is in a handy spot, about 30 seconds from the beach and the high street with its shops, supermarket and bars. There was entertainment every night, which guests seemed to enjoy, and the loud music stopped by midnight, which felt fair to everyone. All-inclusive food was good, with something for most tastes, though we often ate out to try local places. Staff were okay, but twice the bar staff gave us too little change when we bought drinks outside the all-inclusive menu. Sorting out a late checkout was also a bit of a hassle. The hotel seemed better than most nearby, since guests at the overlooking hotels watched its entertainment from their balconies.

I’ve never come across staff this good anywhere. Everyone was friendly and the service was great, and Ibo was amazing. Such a fantastic hotel. I’m sure I’ll be back!

The chef and restaurant team were really good, and the food and drinks were good too. The menu may not suit everyone, though. I ate out most days, and breakfast didn't even have bacon or sausages. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they’d point you in the right direction.
