The beds were really uncomfortable and noisy, and hot water wasn’t always available. When someone else at the hotel showered, we had to wait for it to heat up again. We’d booked two rooms on Expedia and could request either a double bed or two singles, but we didn’t get what we asked for. We offered to pay extra to upgrade, but they said they were full even though the board showed lots of available keys. Customer service was awful.

The staff gave great service. My only suggestion is to put mini-fridges in the rooms, then it would be perfect. Otherwise, everything was five star.

The pool was the only clean thing. Everywhere else was dirty, and the bathroom had huge cockroaches, no shower curtain or mat, and not enough toilet paper. They never changed the towels or bed sheets. The food was awful and identical every day. Breakfast was one egg, two slices of cheese, one slice of tomato and two cucumber slices, with only tea and coffee to drink. Dinner was fried fish and potatoes, with no drinks at all. I know you can’t expect luxury at a budget hotel, but the service here felt more like prison.

The stay was okay-ish, but a hotel should at least provide clean rooms, polite service, and basic care until guests leave. The internet wasn't stable at all. In 2024, one connection for the whole hotel is below any normal standard, even for a three-star place. If you want to improve, spend some of the money guests pay on reliable internet so they can keep in touch with family and others. Please get up to a normal standard for this modern era.

It’s quiet here and still not far from the town centre. The pool was in great shape, and the building was neat and tidy. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the shower was lovely and warm. The staff were accommodating and flexible with our travel plans, and very helpful.
