The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, so we enjoyed our stay 💟. Just be aware that air conditioning costs extra, and this wasn’t mentioned while booking. The pool and its area shut at 6pm. With the country being so warm, it gets hot inside the rooms, and the balcony doesn’t do much to help.

The team made the stay for me. Bülent and the others were lovely, happy to help with anything, and full of useful advice about excursions and other things. They seemed to care a lot about guest safety. I saw them chatting and joking with people, keeping track of names and favourite food and drinks, and making a fuss of the children. The housekeepers were just as friendly, cleaning and changing towels every day. I stayed on my own for two weeks in September and felt comfortable there. My room was spacious, the pool was clean, and even in a busy week there were loungers in the sun. Most evenings had some entertainment, and there’s a tattoo artist on site. I also liked the location, close to the beach and clothes shops, with a taxi rank outside, some street parking, and a supermarket and pharmacy opposite. Noise wasn’t a problem, the guests were quiet. The food was so good I hardly ate out, and the alcohol was good quality too. You do pay for AC, but it was cheap. I’d seen that in earlier reviews, so it didn’t bother me.

Fine for a single night. The room was spacious, but it smelled of cigarettes, which wasn’t pleasant since we don’t smoke. There seemed to be smokers everywhere, so it was hard to avoid. We also had no towels, and the toilet barely flushed. Parking is a gamble. If you lose your spot, you could spend another 20-30 minutes trying to find one.

4/7-18/7/24 We came back for a second stay, but sadly it’ll be our last. We were here in October '23, and things seem to have gone downhill, apart from Mert and the daytime receptionist. Mert, who we called Max, was brilliant as usual and couldn’t do enough for us. The apartments are generally well looked after and the location is good, which makes the problems a shame. Check-in was a mess. We arrived early in the morning but didn’t get the rooms we’d asked for. Two people in our group with mobility issues were put in the main building, which has no lift, while our room was at the back instead of having the pool view we’d requested. Some people in our group were charged for drinks they hadn’t ordered, and we heard other guests raising the same complaint. The owner really needs to sort out the staff.
