Breakfast was the one weak point, with very little choice. If you like to sleep in, you may struggle to find much food. Otherwise, it was good value. The staff made an effort, the bar service was quick, and the food was good quality. We were pleasantly surprised to get a partial sea view. The location is great, right on the beach, though the beach could use more cleaning.

The location was good, and the rooms were clean, though very small. We were all-inclusive, but I wish we'd gone self-catering. There was no entertainment at all for a large hotel, and they need to keep up with the times. The food was absolutely terrible. There wasn't much choice at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and the snacks were disgusting, if you can call them snacks. Everything was overcooked, and the food wasn't kept hot. It was take it or leave it, and the drinks were the same, with very limited soft drinks and alcohol. Please take this review on board. It's true and factual.

Dinner was the best meal, with more choice and live cooking stations outside, which was a nice touch. Breakfast and lunch had quite limited options, so keep that in mind if you're picky. Noise from a neighboring hotel was noticeable, but it died down at night and didn't disturb our sleep. We stayed at Kayamris in August 2025 and had a really nice time overall. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the beach and main road, and the pool area is lovely for relaxing. Some guests acted as if they owned the place, which was frustrating. The staff were genuinely lovely, helpful, and friendly, and we never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. We'd recommend it, with a few small caveats.

The open buffet and unlimited drinks were my favorites, and the furry cats were a cute bonus. Everyone on the staff was friendly and easy to approach. We had an amazing stay, and everything was lovely. Thanks for letting us enjoy such a beautiful staycation. We'll definitely be back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kayamaris. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the location was perfect, close to both the beach and city center. We'd gladly return!
