Mert Seaside Hotel All Inclusive

For a three-star hotel, the food was great. Everything we tried tasted good, and even the local alcohol was decent. The renovated room was clean and had enough space for two. It's very close to the beach, and the pool area was okay.

The cleaning was faultless, and the food was okay if you're a salad-loving vegetarian, but there was very little meat. The big letdown was the drinks. Although it was supposed to be all-inclusive, alcohol was apparently out of stock most of the time. When they did have some, it was watered down almost completely. I felt sorry for the staff, who took everyone's anger about it, while management didn't take complaints seriously. They'd shrug and walk away. Just got home very disappointed, and the attitude of those in charge means this hotel doesn't deserve even one star. I won't be back.

I've stayed here three times before, back when it was Cle Seaside and adults-only. It isn't adults-only now: there were at least seven children there. The food was inedible, drinks were heavily watered down and kept running out, and there was no fruit juice. The manager has no customer relations skills. When asked to fix a problem, he just shrugs and walks away. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The staff were disgraceful and so ignorant. They asked for tips just to fill your drink, which was watered down anyway, if you could get one at all. Drinks kept running out. The all-inclusive food was shocking: chips, rice or salad for breakfast, with no toaster, then onion rings, more rice and salad, and tea. We ate out most of the week. Once, when we tried to eat there, there were no plates, so we had to use a saucer. A four-star rating is absurd; I wouldn't give it one star. This was my partner's and my first holiday together, and it broke my heart. I could go on and on, but this hotel shouldn't be advertised online at all.
