The location worked well for us, near the main strip but far enough away to avoid the noise. We stayed for two weeks in August with my family, and this is somewhere I'll keep returning to. The pool area is small but well maintained. It was cleaned every evening, along with the loungers. Those double padded loungers are great for families since one is enough. The rooms are basic, clean and tidy, with what you need for the stay. They were cleaned daily, and the beds were changed every other day. Air conditioning costs extra, but the rate felt fair for how much you'd use it in peak summer. The staff were always around to help. Bar service was brilliant, they'd bring drinks to your sun lounger and kept the area clean and tidy. The food was tasty, freshly cooked and reasonably priced. There's a good choice of drinks, always served chilled. It's a great hotel, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the holiday.

We were unsure because of the mixed reviews, but Sebnem was fine for the price. The pool is nice, the staff are lovely, and the rooms are comfortable, if a little dated. It's close to the beach and shopping centres, and you can book excursions with the staff or on the main strip. We leave today, and since we have two small babies, the owner let us keep the room for the rest of the day at no extra charge. We'd come back.

First stay here. The owners are great and we met some nice people. The room's small for two, and the balcony view isn't great, but at least it looks out on more than a wall.

We had a really decent week here with the family, and the staff were amazing. The hotel is near the main road, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the beach, and the harbour and castle are a 30-minute walk away. Air conditioning costs extra and is only in one room, so the rest of the apartment got far too hot. The hot weather wasn't the hotel's fault, though. All in all, it was a really nice place to stay. Thanks, Sebnem.

There was no privacy in our room because the bar and eating area were right outside, so we couldn't open the curtains. There wasn't proper bed linen, just an itchy blanket, and the room always smelled of smoke. They have lots of rules and charges if things get soiled, yet the towels they provide are rough and full of holes. I wouldn't recommend it.
