Serin Hotel

The balcony view was stunning, and it was lovely to have coffee there in the morning. Serin Hotel is also well placed for attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty options, and the room was roomy, clean, and equipped with what I needed. The bed was comfortable, with nice extras like free water and toiletries. Staff were welcoming and helpful from arrival, and check-in was quick and easy. I had a fantastic stay, it exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it. I'll be back.

You can look straight out to the sea from the balcony, and the location is convenient. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There isn't any wifi, though, and being close to the beach club means nights can get a little noisy.

I can't recommend this place. The service is terrible and the staff seem selfish. For friendlier, better quality service, pick somewhere more affordable. 👎

Even getting extra towels turned into a problem. They'd put just one clean towel in for three people, and when we asked for more, staff got angry and shouted. We also had no shampoo, hand towel, or room bin. Room service was really, really bad. The staff were rude, or racist, and most wouldn't respond when spoken to. They don't speak English, which is hard to understand for people working in tourism. The receptionist couldn't answer simple questions and sent us to the owner, the only person there who spoke English. He was a relaxed, cool guy, but the hotel rules were strange. Even if an extra guest paid and showed a passport, they wouldn't be allowed in. Breakfast was the worst I've had in a hotel, like eating plastic. I definitely wouldn't recommend this inhospitable place in Marmaris. There are hotels with better treatment at the same price.
