Notion Kesre Beach Hotel & Spa

I had a really good time here. The people running the entertainment were accommodating and did a great job getting everyone to sing and dance. I enjoyed the food, drinks, bars, surroundings, cleanliness, and the singing and dancing too. One small suggestion: it might help to have more music in different languages with Zumba steps shown on the LCD, so older people, adults, and children can follow along.

There was plenty to enjoy here, with great food and a fun stay. The main problems were the room and the slides. We were meant to have space for five, but there were only three beds, two regular and one double or king bed, so really only enough room for four. When we asked to move, no other room was available. They squeezed an extra bed frame and mattress into the hallway, leaving very little space. There were also no lifeguards at the slides, so I worried that nobody would respond if someone went down dangerously. Those were my only issues.

The whole resort was lovely and kept clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. There was lots of entertainment for the family, and the food was excellent. I’d highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The beach was nice, the pool bar service was OK, and some restaurant staff tried to help us. We also give the Animators staff a big OK. But those bright spots don’t change that this was the most horrible vacation of our lives. The room stayed dirty even after I left money on the bed and it was taken. You can see the photos. Cleaning seemed to mean pouring water on the floor and mopping only in front of the bed. There were spiders and webs in the corners everywhere, along with dead bugs. We felt we were treated differently from other tourists. We didn’t speak Turkish, only German and eight other languages, and still couldn’t make ourselves understood. In the restaurant, people shouted at us in Turkish that we could have only one piece of meat, not two, while Turkish tourists got plates full of meat kebabs and more. There was also a scorpion in the restaurant, see photo. I killed it. Wire work had been done on the pool deck, and cut guy wires were left on the ground. I got stung and my girl cut her heel. The response from the hotel was nothing. Reception had no sterile bandages, so I went into town and bought what we needed, even though we travel with a medical kit. The service from the hotel managers and especially the travel agency, AllTours Dynamic, was disgusting. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.
