The restaurant was a highlight, with a varied, high-quality menu and food that tasted as good as it looked. Yusuf, who works there, was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. He paid close attention and made sure everything was right without hovering. The room was spotless, spacious, and practical, with thoughtful details and good amenities. Parking was easy and well organized, and check-in was quick and comfortable thanks to the professional, hospitable reception team. The hotel felt warm while keeping Hilton's consistent, elegant standards. With excellent facilities, staff, and management, HiltonSA Mersin made my first visit to Mersin a great experience. This was my first stay at HiltonSA Mersin, and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to business and leisure travelers, and look forward to returning.

The breakfast was especially memorable, with a rich choice of fresh, delicious food presented with real care. Our room was impeccably clean, the atmosphere felt bright and refreshing, and the view was breathtaking. The location is perfect too. During our Valentine's Day stay at Mersin HiltonSA, the Front Office welcomed us warmly and the restaurant team, along with every other staff member, gave gracious, attentive service. Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Kübra deserve special thanks for their kindness and professionalism. It was an unforgettable visit, and we’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.

The room stayed too warm to sleep comfortably, even after I adjusted the thermostat. Still, the service was outstanding, especially the hospitality from Ms. Kübra and Mr. Balk at breakfast. I was impressed as soon as I arrived at the Hilton SA from America. The staff were professional, the room was clean, and the amenities were excellent. I look forward to staying again.

The rooms all look out to the sea, and getting around from here is easy. There’s free parking both indoors and outside, plus paid valet parking if you ask. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. Breakfast and dinner are included, as are the Turkish bath and steam room. The spa costs extra. There’s an outdoor pool, but no indoor one, and the meeting rooms feel a little small.
