The rooms and hotel feel dark and gloomy, and the air conditioning in the shared areas is switched off. It's mainly aimed at business travelers, in my view. On a main road in the old part of Mersin, the area doesn't feel safe, so I wouldn't recommend it for families.

Room service was cheap, the food was great and super tasty, and it always arrived in 10 minutes. I changed rooms twice, and they did it straight away without asking any questions.

We were very satisfied after spending one night here. The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and breakfast was generous and delicious. We liked everything. At first we worried the hotel might be a bit far from the centre, but we walked there and back without any trouble, so the location worked out well too. If we return to Mersin, we'll definitely stay here again.

The conference itself was really good. I was there at the Ramada hotel from June 9 to 11, 2023, for three days as a freelance interpreter. I didn't stay overnight, but I did get to see the rooms, and they looked more than good.
