We had plenty of room for three in the spacious triple room, and it was clean, modern, and equipped with what we needed. Check-in was easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Menord Hotel is also handy for getting around Mersin. There are local cafes and restaurants nearby, and taxis are easy to find right outside. I had a very nice stay here, whether you're in the city for work or leisure.

The room was clean, nicely decorated, and generally good, but I could smell cigarette smoke in it. The towels were old and had lost their softness.

Breakfast was fine and parking was available, but my bathroom had lots of hair and the pillows smelled really bad, like they'd been in a closet. My street-facing room was noisy.

The view from the room wasn't much to look at, but that felt like a fair trade for the good value. I found the place cozy, with modern decor, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. If you were reasonable, you could talk things through with them and they'd try to assist. The breakfast buffet was nice, and I found the spa and Turkish bath genuinely relaxing. Overall, my stay was worth the money.

The breakfast was very good, and the room was small but comfortable. It was clean and tidy, though there was a strong smell of smoke that made the elevator and corridors unpleasant. The shower and toilet were divided by a glass wall, which wasn't comfortable when friends are sharing a room. The stay was okay, nothing particularly surprising or amazing.
