We were misled by the ads and regret coming. The price was double, customer satisfaction is zero, and the stinginess is extreme. There was no hot water at all, and although one air conditioner worked, the other had been disabled. They’d removed the carpets, and the rooms, sofas, and beds were filthy. We fell for it, so don’t let anyone else do the same.

Eftelya Park was a complete disappointment. The rooms were all damp, there was no hot water, and there’s no elevator. There was no interest or attention to detail either. We’re very disappointed and absolutely don’t recommend it.

The hotel is 550 meters from the hot springs, and at least it has air conditioning. The kitchen and living room share one space, with a separate bedroom. Cleanliness was only mediocre. Showering was difficult because the water pressure was very weak, and on our last day the water was cut off. They said the shower head was the problem.

I was very pleased with our weekend visit with my family. The room was clean and spacious, and we received a warm welcome and good guidance. I’d recommend this hostel in Ilıca.

It was better than we expected. There is a hot water shortage, though we asked around and found out the problem affects the whole thermal spa area. ❤️ Thanks for everything.
