The staff were incredibly indifferent, not even saying hello or good morning. The place was a complete dump, though you can’t tell from the photos and the owners don’t mention it. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. None of the doors work properly or lock, and the cleanliness is mediocre. Water pressure is very weak, so if you try to bathe, you’ll probably end up with foam still on you. I chose it based on the reviews, but unless you absolutely have to, it’s best avoided. 👎

The menu is excellent, and the warm family atmosphere and hospitality make this a guesthouse you can stay at when visiting Trabzon. It’s affordable, close to the university, and suitable for university students. ☺
