The staff were polite and spoke English, which made it easier to deal with them. The hotel was quiet, with no disturbances, but it needs more work on cleanliness and the apartments. There’s no daily cleaning service, and some electronics, like the TV, are old. You can’t really enjoy Netflix or other streaming on it over Wi-Fi.

The rooms were dusty and dirty, and I didn’t feel there was enough attention to safety. Staff were rude and didn’t treat guests courteously. Today, they moved us out of our room without permission so they could give it to a new guest. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Mr. Jalal made my first trip to trabzon a great vacation, and I’d definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the employees were polite and kind, and the price was very reasonable compared with other places in town. Highly recommended, thank you.

The apartments were well kept and nice, and the prices were affordable. It’s just minutes from the airport. The people there were courteous and very helpful.

I’ve never had a worse experience. The hotel apartment was really dirty, from the towels and floors to the beds and bathrooms, and the staff were very disrespectful.
