The location worked really well for us, about 20 mins from the city centre and 10 from the airport. Fatma helped me a lot with getting around and told me about local culture. Mr sina a t the reception also helped with affordable tours and looked after us well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was very happy with the hotel.

I've stayed in five different hotels in Trabzon, and this was the best one. The rooms, staff and location were all great. Highly recommended!!!

The reception team were very helpful, especially SINA & FATIMA. FATIMA guided us in lots of ways. Breakfast could use some Asian options. The Muslim showers had very sharp water pressure, so please replace them with better quality ones. The slippers were poor quality too.

I spent two nights here before my flight and really enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed and great soundproofing. We got a warm welcome at reception, and the café owner kindly offered me tea. The hotel is on the main street, close to the airport, with beautiful Trabzon beach right behind it. Parking is very limited, though. The only solution is to leave your car key at reception in case they need to move it. It's a great place to stay before traveling.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is elegant and beautiful, clean, and the staff treated us well. The restaurant was clean too, and the food was delicious. Thanks to the management for taking such good care of the guests. I'd recommend giving this place a try, it really deserves a 10/10 👌
