The apartment was clean and luxurious, and the hotel staff were genuinely kind and supportive. The restaurant was a different story. When we came with the family, the staff seemed to act as if the food was coming out of their own pockets. The breakfast choices kept getting reduced, and they didn't ask what kind of eggs or drink we wanted. They decided what to serve. After 6 pm, it also wasn't suitable for families with babies, since the music got very loud and there was no respect for them. The road to the hotel is difficult and takes time. Each time we wanted to go out, we had to come down from the mountain to reach the main road. Also, check whether your room has skylights if you want to sleep past sunrise.

The view and the place are great, and the service was quite good. Some rooms need attention, though. In the VIP Villa, the toilet door wouldn't close, and the rooms needed a much more thorough cleaning.

The bungalows were lovely in the way they were built and designed. The staff kept trying their best to help us, and the restaurant and its staff were lovely too.

Breakfast was generous, with a great variety, and the location is beautiful. The staff seemed rushed, though, and our weekend nights were very noisy. Bring your own hair conditioner and lotion, and check that everything in the room works.

The staff were fantastic and kept helping us, including with lots of recommendations. Our bungalow felt peaceful and comfortable right away, with plenty of space, a nice view, a Jacuzzi and a fireplace. It was clean, and the modern design suited the area well. For breakfast, you have to try the Kuymak. It's the best I've tasted yet! They said they were planning to expand and add a spa, which seemed like the one thing missing. We're looking forward to coming back and seeing it.
