The staff were really friendly, especially the receptionist, Abdul Al Samad. We spent a week at Focus Hotel as a family, and the room was spacious and worked well for us. The steep uphill road makes walking there a bit difficult.

The staff do their best to help, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is new, modern, and pretty clean. I was quite satisfied and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Trabzon.

The staff went out of their way to help. One person arranged a tour for me at the last minute and showed me how to get the bus to Meydan, which I really appreciated. I paid a reasonable price for a spacious sea-view room and stayed two nights. It’s a bit far from Meydan, but a small otobüs gets you there for 20TL, and from there you can change to another small otobüs for the main bus station. My one complaint is that the website said breakfast was included, but reception told me it wasn’t because it was low season. Still, I had a great stay at Focus Park Suit Hotel.

The hotel is close to the center, with a great mountain view, and I highly recommend it. It’s modern, clean, and the service is excellent, with polite staff, quick service, and 100% hospitality. Ali and Muhammad at reception are great friends 😂🖤. I had a great experience and hope to visit next year.

There’s a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies, and a public transport station near the hotel. It’s under 10 minutes by car from Jawaher Mall and about 20 minutes from Trabzon Square. The hotel is clean and new, and the staff are helpful and always smiling 😃.
