The price is another issue. They charge a lot, but there’s hardly anything in the place, so I’d look elsewhere in the city center instead. It really wasn’t worth the money. The room itself felt like a dungeon, with no balconies or windows and almost no light. Much of the furniture was damaged, the carpets and floors were filthy, and the pillows were yellow with dirt and hadn’t even been washed. It was disgraceful.
Even with a reservation, we were turned away at the door because they said the place was full. They were extremely indifferent. They said they’d look for somewhere else and direct us to the city center, but never actually helped. It was awful.
The location worked really well, with a reasonably priced restaurant downstairs and a supermarket, produce shop, pharmacy, and other essentials just behind it. The apartments are clean, though the rooms feel small. You get two bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms for a very good price.
We paid 1200 TL for one night. Breakfast wasn't included, and the price felt a little high. The place was easy to find, though. There were no carpets, and air conditioning was available in two rooms.
The General Manager was really kind, and the rooms were very clean with a nice layout. A great place to stay if you're in Akçaabat or Trabzon.
