SAS Suite Rooms

I had a confirmed booking through Expedia, but when I arrived they said the only room available was $80 a night, more than double the price I'd booked at.

The rooms are tiny and nothing like the pictures. The bathroom and shower are cramped, and water keeps leaking out of the room. The hotel seems very badly managed. My fridge didn't work, and they never cleaned my room. Every day I'd ask, and they'd say tomorrow. The service was awful, and the rooms are far too small. Be careful booking here, they don't clean the rooms and the fridge may not work. Beware, beware, beware.

The rooms are nice and the location is great, but we had a really bad experience with the booking. After we paid to stay there again, they called the day before we arrived, apologized, and said they had rented out the whole hotel, so our reservation was canceled. They sent us to a very poor hotel instead, where water from the bathroom leaked into the room. The staff also don’t speak English. 😔 I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

Our room was one of the bigger ones, which made it acceptable. The rest of the service was poor. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, and breakfast was sometimes skipped entirely, including for two days. When it was served, it was more like food from a corner shop. We also couldn’t get extra time on the last day, even though checkout was at 12:00. The room wasn’t cleaned unless we asked.
