The bathroom bidet spray was set so strongly that it could practically be used for a full shower, rather than just personal hygiene. On arrival, the receptionist told my girlfriend and me that we could only check in with a marriage certificate, even though we had booked through Booking after traveling from Germany to Trabzon. He even threatened to call the police. This requirement is absurd in the 21st century, especially since it wasn’t mentioned in the property conditions on Booking. I’ve stayed at more than 100 hotels, and this was by far my worst experience. A person with self-respect wouldn’t stay here.

I paid 120€ for a filthy room and a hotel that seemed completely mismanaged. The toilet was a mess and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for at least a month. There were bugs everywhere, including bedbugs in the bed, and the place was so disgusting I couldn’t even stay the night. The employees were careless men. For the same price, you could get a real hotel with proper service. Don’t come here unless you really don’t care about your body or hygiene. Complete waste of money.

Getting to the airport was easy, but that was about the only positive. The room wasn’t suitable for kids, and I don’t think the place was worth what we paid. The bathroom had visible leaks and was horrible. We were charged for a baby cot, and both the service around requesting it and the cot’s quality were terrible. I stayed at Yusra Suit Trabzon with my family and was disappointed.

A convenient spot for a 2 or 3 days layover, and the service is pretty good for the price. It’s strategically located. Highly recommend.

There are lots of shops nearby and hardly any traffic, and the location is fantastic. Our room was super clean and the accommodation was great. The service here is fantastic too.
