We only stayed one night and wished it had been longer. The breakfast was simple but really good, and the staff were friendly. Rooms are a good size, with firm, comfortable beds. It’s clean and centrally located, within easy walking distance of places to visit and shops. Great place to stay in Trabzon. If you want more, you’ll have to pay more elsewhere. We’d happily stay again when we return.

The view over the very large, beautiful park was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, so thanks to them. We spent two nights here in the heart of the city, within walking distance of historical places, the Black Sea shore, and other attractions. Highly recommend, especially for families with kids.

The Syrian receptionist was the one bright spot, very helpful and kind. The local receptionist wasn’t welcoming or helpful. He asked for 300 Turkish liras to book a tour to Uzungol and back, but I declined because minibuses from Comlekci square, a 20-minute walk from the hotel, make the same trip for only 100 liras. The rooms are cramped and noisy beside a busy street. Breakfast is mediocre, the tap water always runs cold, and the Internet is painfully slow. I can’t understand how some "guests" rated this low-quality residence as a 4-star hotel!!!!!!

The rooms were cramped and nothing like the pictures, and they were really noisy. The reception was strange and unfriendly, and staff were unhelpful and untrained, apart from the Syrian guy, who was genuinely kind and nice. A total disaster.
