Marvell City Otel

The staff at Marvell City Hotel were polite, welcoming and ready to help whenever we needed something. The property was clean and well organized throughout, and our room had lots of space to relax. Breakfast was simple but fresh, tasty and satisfying. The price was reasonable for what we got. I'd stay here again if I return to Trabzon.

There are plenty of shops, coffee shops and cafés nearby, which made the stay even better. The hotel was a good fit for what I needed, with immaculate rooms, friendly staff and a nice breakfast included. I also really appreciated Mr. Tolga, who sorted out my room change promptly and without any hassle. Very good value for money, highly recommended!

The room was much more spacious than what you usually find in Turkish hotels at the same price, and the view was good. The staff were super nice, and the location was ideal. There's a large cafe and restaurant at the entrance, a good place to spend the evening. The bathroom smelled moldy all the time and didn't have proper ventilation. Breakfast was repetitive and very typical, served without a buffet or choices to change things up on another day. Since there's a fully operating restaurant downstairs, I'd encourage the owner to offer some breakfast alternatives.

The room was large and clean, with lots of drawers, and the price was reasonable. The reception staff were helpful with information about the area and places to visit. Having a good restaurant and a supermarket in the same building was convenient. The main road outside can make evenings less than fully quiet. I'd recommend the hotel.
