The restaurant was fantastic, and they even treated us to traditional Turkish desserts. The meatballs and pizza were delicious, and everything was presented beautifully. The hotel was clean and comfortable too. Many thanks to receptionist Aykut Ruslan, chefs Hilal and Nurten, and the whole Invite Corner hotel team. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke Russian and English fluently. I do wish the waiter spoke at least some English, since they had to call the receptionist when we asked for olive oil and he didn’t understand us. Still, everyone was kind and sincere. When our disabled child accidentally broke a glass, they didn’t charge us. That generous hospitality means a lot. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to Trabzon. I found it more comfortable than Zorlu.

It’s a small, cozy hotel that’s clean, quiet, and well organized. The elevator is very cramped, though, and it’s unclear when housekeeping comes to clean the rooms. Room supplies are limited too: two tea bags of one kind, two coffee sachets, and two small water bottles per room. Ask for more and they say the extra items have to be purchased.

We had the large room we requested, even though there were only two of us. We needed the extra space to pack our bags for the next day’s flight. The hotel is very close to central Trabzon, with parking out front. Two men working when we arrived around 9 or 10 pm were very helpful. Breakfast was a standard Turkish spread with a nice view of the road, and the central air conditioning worked well. A very good hotel.

The location is excellent, and the rooms are clean with strong air conditioning. Breakfast was a letdown, though, with less variety and poorer taste than I expected. At reception, one person was welcoming, while my interaction with the other felt less friendly.
