Ulu Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

The pool and beach were both enjoyable during the day, but the entertainment was a letdown. There were a few pool activities, though they felt like they were being done just for the sake of it. The team lacked energy, which affected our mood. In the evenings, the entertainment staff seemed arrogant and detached, casually drinking alcohol and smoking shisha with guests, which felt unprofessional. The rest of the service was much better. The staff were helpful and professional, the rooms were cleaned every day, receptionists were welcoming and informative, and the waiters were polite and easy to approach. I want to thank everyone who helped during our stay at Ulu resort hotel.

There wasn't much for adults to do in the evenings. The activities were aimed at children, followed later by concerts, and the disco was barely a thing. The bar staff had to Google how to make cocktails, and the drinks were terrible. It was so boring. The food wasn't great either, though the rooms were clean. Still, everything felt really old, the lighting was poor, and the beds were hard as rocks. They don't deserve the prices they charge. They claim to have water activities, but apparently they don't do them anymore. At the second beach, the snack bar served only chicken nuggets and chips every day, and when they ran out, I had to keep asking them to get moving and do something. Their so-called private beach had very few chaise longues, set far from the sea. There were no lifeguards by the sea, and people from outside used the supposedly private beach too. They also claim to have a bar or refreshments by the sea, but there weren't any. This is one of the worst five-star hotels I've been to. It claims to be the best and to have the best resources, but my experience was awful.

We loved the resort itself, with several pools to choose from, two sandy beaches, one pebble beach, and lovely views from the huge balcony. The food also seemed better than last year. This was our second visit to Ulu Resort, after giving it five stars last time. But our family room for four adults and a baby wasn't serviced once during our two-night stay, despite asking three times and expecting it to be done by default. In the end, we got clean towels, and that was all.

The hotel is beautiful, and Mrs. Özge and Mr. Wray at reception were a great help. Thanks for going the extra mile.
