The inner courtyard was my favorite part, with a calm, authentic old-town feel. I spent two summer days here. I got in around 10:00 in the morning after a long journey, and the owners kindly let me leave my luggage and rest, which I appreciated. They were welcoming and friendly, and my room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The price felt very reasonable for the quality, so I’d definitely recommend this place.

The courtyard at Merve’s hotel is a lovely place to relax and meet people, and the location puts you right in the heart of Ürfa’s old town, close enough to walk to the sights and good food. Merve and her staff were kind and lovely. A friend recommended the place, and I’m glad I followed that advice. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Thanks, Merve, for a great stay!

From here it’s easy to reach the bazaar, Balikligöl, and the rest of the old town. Merve, the owner, was friendly and helpful, making sure I had what I needed. She speaks excellent English and knows the area well. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, and tastefully decorated. Old Town Urfa is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Türkiye, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urfa.

Merve made our visit especially easy. We arrived during a national holiday when many restaurants were closed, so she called around to find out which ones were open and shared helpful tips on places to eat and things to do. She was so kind and welcoming. The konak has a romantic, relaxing feel, and it’s spotlessly clean. Its tasteful design mixes traditional charm with modern comfort, with care visible in the details. We had nothing to complain about. I’d gladly recommend it to friends and family, and I’ll stay here again on my next visit to Urfa.

Merve was a great host. The rooms and courtyard are beautiful, and the hotel is right in the old town.
