Taskıran Otel

The building is gorgeous, and the rooms are clean and lovely, even if a little small. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in turkey, and the price was excellent. We did have to ask someone to open the outside door because we weren't given a key, but it was a minor thing and easy to sort out. I'd absolutely recommend staying here.

The staff were so friendly and clearly wanted us to have a good stay. They helped with things despite speaking little English, and I’d recommend the hotel and come back. It’s good value for money, in a convenient spot, with clean renovated rooms. Breakfast was good too. The bathroom was clean and worked fine, though it could use improvement, and noise from the road and neighboring rooms carried through quite easily.

The breakfast spread was magnificent, and the rooms were pleasant with air conditioning good enough for the Urfa summer. The hotel sits close to the city center, but far enough from the main roads to avoid their bustle.

The old town setting is lovely, with beautiful streets around the hotel, an attractive patio, and nice rooms. Breakfast was really tasty, and the mosque is right there, so the call to prayer is very loud. The service was otherwise warm and attentive, but when we asked to see the terrace views, we were told no, and when we could hear a local party nearby, they didn't give us an address or explain how to get there.
