We decided to come here spontaneously, and it was worth it for the evening. The mezes were delicious and the service was excellent, in a great spot by the sea. We did wish the staff had given us more space after we ordered our food and drinks. The inside of the restaurant, especially the toilets, could also be better.

Eda Balik restaurant has a great sea view and good mezze, but the bill spoiled the whole experience. They added a fake 20% service charge and blamed a government tax, which isn’t true. A glass of wine also went from 250 TL to 500 TL, then there was another error on top. Just be careful.

I’ve been staying in Bodrum for years, and the local owners of the places I’ve visited have been fantastic people. The food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable for the area. Book a dinner table at the pier or you may not find a spot, and make sure you try the calamari.
