Sumatra Otel

We came to Urfa for work and found a new hotel that still keeps the area's historic character. The rooms are stylish, and the sheets and towels were spotless and felt high quality. Balıklı Göl is within walking distance; we visited in the evening and found it much easier then. We also had tea in the courtyard with the owners, who were really warm and welcoming. Thanks to Mr. Mehmet and his wife for looking after us. I'd gladly stay here again if I'm in Urfa.

For two people, the price was quite reasonable, and we left happy after our one-night stay. Breakfast felt fresh, clean, and healthy, and Balıklıgöl is about a five-minute walk away. The rooms were somewhat small, though still airy and clean. The service was excellent. Thanks for being so attentive, Sumakta Hotel.

Mustafa was attentive the whole time, and even arranged a lovely overnight stay for us. During our Southeastern Anatolia tour, we spent one night here and felt completely at ease. The place was spotless, the staff were ready to help with anything, and it felt like being at home. Definitely worth the money.

We'd only planned a single night in Şanlıurfa during our two-day trip, but our stay at Sumatra Hotel convinced us to add another. Ahmet Bey welcomed us late at night and still made tea, then shared useful information about Urfa's history and places to see. At breakfast, the food was delicious, and Mustafa Bey and Ahmet Bey were both so friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom, and toilet were clean and thoughtfully designed. I'd stay here again without hesitation.
