The staff were great, the rooms decent, and the hotel itself nice. But much of what the website highlighted was unavailable in the off season, or came with extra charges, which felt like false advertising. We paid for all inclusive, yet the buffet food was disappointing despite the many choices. It was generally plain or very salty. There are probably much better options nearby, so I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

In my view, this is the best hotel in the area. It’s in a lovely, quiet location, and the service is excellent. The place is beautiful and well organized, with activities for adults and kids. Our room was very clean.

Berk and Mehmet at reception kept working on the problem with my reservation until it was fully sorted. They tried everything they could, even after I’d given up. I was really impressed by them. Thanks to both of you! Alex

There’s plenty nearby where you can buy things, and the hotel itself is nice for families. The staff are friendly and the food is good, though it can get a little repetitive sometimes.

My child and I were happy with the hotel, the comfortable room, and the grounds. There’s lots for kids to enjoy, and the grounds are green and well looked after. The food had plenty of variety and suited my child too. Cleaning could be better. Also, prices in the hotel shops seemed to depend on who was working. I paid different prices for the same items on different days.
