Midyat Dnc Apart Otel

The location is great, but cleanliness was basically nonexistent. The covers hadn't even been changed, and there were hairs and stains on the bed. The bathroom toilet was in awful condition. I definitely wouldn't recommend it; it's a waste of money.

The location was convenient, close to markets, grocery stores, and other shops. The room itself was mostly clean and tidy, and there was hot water, but quite a few things were missing or didn't work. There was air conditioning only in the living room, so sleeping in the bedroom during hot weather was difficult. We told them four of us were coming, yet there were only two pillows. The stove wasn't connected to gas and couldn't be used. We asked for a frying pan for breakfast and got a pot instead, so we didn't ask for anything else. There were no mirrors in the rooms either. We asked for one, but it wasn't provided, and we ended up buying one ourselves. Someone was always by the building entrance, but the room door wouldn't stay fully shut when locked and could open on its own, which felt like a security problem. Also, call the staff before leaving the room. Otherwise, later on, they may imply that some things are missing.

They cancelled the rental even though I'd paid a deposit. I found the company extremely unreliable and wouldn't recommend them. Read the messages I've attached carefully so you know what kind of people you're dealing with. They're very untrustworthy, and anyone who values themselves should avoid working with them.

We stayed in apartment 3 on the first floor, where the bathroom and toilet were in poor shape. The price didn't feel worth it. Reception communication might be better with staff who are more presentable.
