We couldn't stay here, and I want my money back. We went anyway because it looked like the only decent hotel near the airport. At first things seemed promising: the door was open and there was a flyer with the reception phone number. But nobody picked up, even after we called at least eight times. We could hear the phone ringing in a small apartment across the street. Weeks earlier, we'd started trying to reach them to check that everything was arranged. We called, emailed, messaged through Booking, where we had made the reservation, and tried their website, but there was no way to get in touch. Booking also didn't accept that as a valid reason for free cancellation, but that's another story. You'd expect to be able to check into an AIRPORT hotel at night, especially after telling them well in advance about our late flight and sharing our estimated arrival time. They only say check-in is available “from” a certain hour, without giving any end time.

The location is excellent, and the rooms and mattresses are very good. The receptionist was helpful and even gave us fruit when we arrived at 1 am. Thanks again to him. At breakfast, there were six of us at 8 am, but only two or three fried eggs were put out. When a woman he knew arrived later, he gave her three eggs. It looked as if he was paying for them himself. The restaurant staff member was very rude, too. He came over to ask why we were using more than one plate each. The owner and admin work hard to get good reviews and ratings, but one staff member can change the whole story. I have a video of him talking to us about the plates and would be happy to send it if management wants it.

Esad at reception was so helpful and is a real credit to the team. The rooms were clean and had good air-conditioning, and the beach and local amenities were only a short walk away. It's a great place to stay when coming from or going to the airport. I'd stay here again.

Mohammad at reception was very helpful and made my stay worthwhile. The location is great and has a nice view. The hotel itself has a lot of potential, but it needs maintenance, and breakfast could be better.

I booked because I knew I'd be traveling all day and wanted somewhere near the airport. It was fine for a quick stop, and the reception guy even offered to call a takeaway for me. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to assist. The rooms weren't great, the TV had no signal, and breakfast wasn't amazing. There was no room service either, even though I'm sure the website says there is.
