The rooms may be spacious and airy, but management and customer care get zero from me. Everyone was rude except Mr. Ömer at reception. A small criticism is enough for them to attack you, and if you try to explain yourself, they'll grab your arm and throw you out. It's not even worth one star. Anyone who wants to pay to be humiliated can give it a try. These hotels' operating licenses should be revoked immediately. A disgrace.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, and breakfast was generous. Everyone at reception was friendly and went out of their way to meet my requests. I was very satisfied.

I was happy with the clean room and how friendly the staff were. If I come back, this will be my first choice. Thanks for everything.

Breakfast was delicious, and there was lots of variety. The staff were friendly, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. It's a really lovely family hotel, a wonderful place.

For the price, it's very affordable, and a nice, comfortable place. It could be your only home in Polatlı.
